Ukwaziswa kwezinto zokutywina iivalvu—iTWS Valve

2. Inayiloni

I-nylon ineempawu zomlinganiselo omncinci wokungqubana kunye nokumelana okuhle nokugqwala. I-nylon isetyenziswa kakhulu kwiivalvu zebhola kunye neevalvu zeglobe ezinobushushu obuyi-t≤90℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤32MPa.

3. I-PTFE

I-PTFE isetyenziswa kakhulu kwiivalvu zeglobe,iivalvu zesango, iivalvu zebhola, njl. ezinobushushu obuyi-t≤232℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤6.4MPa.

4. Isinyithi esenziwe ngentsimbi

Isinyithi esibunjiweyo sisetyenziselwaivalvu yesango, ivalvu yeglobhu, ivalvu yeplagi, njl. yobushushu obuyi-t≤100℃, uxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤1.6MPa, igesi kunye neoyile.

5. Ingxubevange yeBabbitt

I-Babbitt alloy isetyenziselwa ivalvu yeglobe ye-ammonia enobushushu obuyi-t-70~150℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤2.5MPa.

6. Ingxubevange yobhedu

Izinto eziqhelekileyo kwii-alloys zekopolo yi-6-6-3 tin bronze kunye ne-58-2-2 manganese brass. I-Copper alloy inokumelana nokuguguleka okuhle kwaye ifanelekile emanzini nasemoyeni ngobushushu obuyi-t≤200℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤1.6MPa. Ihlala isetyenziswa kwiiivalvu zesango, iivalvu zeglobhu,iivalvu zokujonga, iivalvu zeplagi, njl.njl.

7. Intsimbi engenasici yeChrome

Iindidi ezisetyenziswa kakhulu ze-chromium stainless steel yi-2Cr13 kunye ne-3Cr13, ezicinyiweyo zaza zaqiniswa, kwaye zinokumelana okuhle nokugqwala. Ihlala isetyenziswa kwiivalvu zemidiya efana namanzi, umphunga kunye nepetroleum enobushushu obuyi-t≤450℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤32MPa.

8. Intsimbi engenasici yeChromium-nickel-titanium

Uhlobo oluqhelekileyo olusetyenziswayo lwentsimbi engagqwaliyo ye-chromium-nickel-titanium yi-1Cr18Ni9ti, enokumelana nokugqwala okuhle, ukumelana nokukhukuliseka kunye nokumelana nobushushu. Ifanelekile kwi-steam, i-nitric acid kunye nezinye izinto ezinobushushu obuyi-t≤600℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤6.4MPa, esetyenziselwa i-globe valve, i-ball valve, njl.njl.

9. Intsimbi ene-nitride

Uhlobo oluqhelekileyo olusetyenziswayo lwentsimbi ene-nitride yi-38CrMoAlA, enokumelana nokugqwala okuhle kunye nokumelana nokukrwela emva konyango lwe-carburizing. Isetyenziswa rhoqo kwivalvu yesango lesitishi samandla enobushushu obuyi-t≤540℃ kunye noxinzelelo oluqhelekileyo lwe-PN≤10MPa.

10. Ukubhoroniza

I-Boronizing isebenza ngokuthe ngqo kumphezulu wokutywina kwizinto zomzimba wevalvu okanye umzimba wediski, ize emva koko yenze unyango lomphezulu we-boronizing, umphezulu wokutywina unokumelana nokuguguleka okuhle. Isetyenziswa kwivalvu yokutsalwa kwesikhululo samandla.
